Tonight I begin my 200 hour yoga teacher training. I am looking forward to this journey and sharing it with you here and I hope you will follow along too.
But this blog won’t be just about yoga, I am also a runner and in the middle of training for my next Half-Marathon, The More-Fitness Half (truth be told I have been a little off on my training but have recommitted this week) so I will be sharing my process and how my training is going.
I would like to use this blog to share my thoughts on the process and whatever else might enter my mind to write and share. I do hope you enjoy and share in my journey – and please share yours as well. Thanks for reading!
